In a fire pit, you will to use either a charcoal fire or a wood fire, and that a wood fire when used to grill or smoke meat can help enhance the flavor a great deal. You'll also find that fire pits are a great way to bring people together as you all grill around it, and when you light one at night, you can have wonderful lighting for a party as well as a lot of warmth as the months get colder.
