that vinegar and mustard based bbq sucks. Texas and Memphis BBQ> all others. KC is damn good as well.

Perhaps I'm not as perceptive as some, but didn't they show a shape of The People's Republic of Mexifornia when they mentioned Florida?According to MY map, Florida is further south than those North Carolina YANKEES! Probably products of public schools.Florida has a curious method of Barbeque in that they smoke the meat first (usually in Black Jack Oak) then put sauce on it, where many others cook the meat in sauce.
