I don't agree that chicken needs to be pressure cooked, just cook it slowly with the lid on,it will cook properly.......mutton might need pressure cooking, but it is not a must for chicken!

any good supermarket will stock schwartz spices which are not expensive and are good quality. the ladies are showing you an authentic dish using whole spices but scwartz ground spices can be used

if the chicken pieces are allowed to simmer in the liquid for 20 minutes they will be done perfectly.Simmer means that the gravy (liquid) is just below boiling point but still very slightly and slowly bubbling. Most important that the gravy does not stick to the bottom of the pan or it will be ruined !!!!

hey hi ladies, i have reached the last part of this and its exactly the boneless chicken size as in yours.... how many minutes do you cook it.... or what do you mean " üntil the chicken is nicely done " ?

All of the ingredients are standard ingredients which are used for Indian cooking. Not sure why an Indian grocery store would not carry these items (East or West). ????
