BBQPitBoys is right...no one with good sense would cook shrimp on the grill without the shell...you would just get dry, overcooked shrimp...sheesh.

Hey VisionQuest2012, open your eyes and then listen to the vid narration! You can go ahead and make your shrimp scampi. But, shell-on jumbos is the preferred method of maintaining a moist and tender "shrimp on the barbie"! -BBQ Pit Boys

Why based the shrimp with the shell still on? No one eats the shell. Should have peeled the shrimp first and used that cast iron skillet to create shrimp scampi. Lemon,butter, and herbs. ;) |
