No i dont add any to it. The juice is from the roast. I dump some off before I make the rue. Dave

Hey Dave..was just wondering..just before you put the lid on there wasn't any juice on the bottom...then when you took the lid off, there was lots of juice....is that completely from the roast or do I need to add a cup of water or bouillon?...
