No, not from any formal cooking school. Otherwise I would've mentioned that 185 degrees is slightly overheated for chicken, but maybe that's why they didn't show how dry the wings and legs probably were. More to the point, the indirect method here allows for the innermost meat to cook correctly without scorching the exterior. No panties, no wads, just trying to be helpful with correct info.

Slow cooking is different than indirect cooking. Completely different and indirect cooking is not what keeps the food moist.

@garciaproductions47 Yeah i have, but its way better with crush soda. The best way to have it! Also pour some pinapple juice on the chicken.
